Our Story
Grace Episcopal School has been in operation for over 25 years as a licensed day school.
Initially launched as a cooperative daycare for church families in the 1980s, Grace Episcopal School quickly expanded to provide top-notch early childhood education to the community. We pride ourselves in providing a nurturing environment where all children - regardless of race, creed, or ethnic background - can develop and flourish.
Grace is located in south-central Houston, near the Texas Medical District and NRG Park. The school shares a combined campus with Grace Episcopal Church. Our campus includes over half-an-acre of outdoor green space, with classrooms spread throughout the main building. There are designated outdoor play stations for each developmental stage, along with plenty of large trees providing natural shade and cooling.
Grace Episcopal School is committed to fostering Episcopal identity by demonstrating care for one another, participating in acts of service that benefit the wider community, and providing inclusive, age-appropriate spiritual education.
